Conference Participation Cancellation*

Written cancellation of conference participation should be submitted to the Organizational Office address or to the e-mail address: efh@viamedica.pl

In case of cancellation, the participant is entitled to a refund of the registration fee minus handling fees:

Cancellation submitted from the time of payment to 30 days before the conference — handling fees are 10%.

Cancellation submitted from 29 to 15 days before the conference — handling fees are 35%.

Cancellation submitted 14 days before the conference — the participant is not entitled to a refund.

*The above conditions do not apply to natural persons being consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93), i.e., of February 9, 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 459, as amended).
